Our Fine Art Prints are individually crafted as per your order. Since processing initiates immediately upon order placement, we regret to inform you that cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Kindly allow a production timeframe of 5-7 business days, after which your print will be dispatched. Following the shipment, an email containing tracking details will be sent to you, enabling you to track the progress of your shipment through the carrier's website.

Digital Prints are considered 'used' upon delivery and thus, are ineligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations. If you require guidance on printing your Digital Download, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Fine Art Prints are custom-printed and are not open to returns, refunds, or exchanges based on a 'change of mind'. Nevertheless, your satisfaction remains our top priority. We stand behind the quality of each order that leaves our facility. If, for any reason, you find the quality of your purchase unsatisfactory, please reach out to us, and we will strive to rectify the situation.

In rare instances where products may incur damage during transit, a new print of the same selection will be printed and dispatched to you without any additional cost. Kindly notify us at hello@willowandfolk.com within 7 days of receiving your order in such circumstances.

Please bear in mind that there might be slight colour variations between your screen and the actual print due to differences in brightness and resolution settings. Since these variables are beyond our control, returns based on colour variation cannot be accepted. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
