Charles Louis Müller was a renowned French painter with a rich artistic legacy. He honed his craft under the tutelage of distinguished mentors at the École des Beaux-Arts. In 1837, he unveiled his debut masterpiece, "Christmas Morning," marking the start of his illustrious career.

Müller also left his artistic imprint through frescoes adorning the Salle d'État and the Galerie d'Apollon within the Louvre. His creative talents extended to the embellishment of the Salon Denon's ceiling, which remains a testament to his enduring artistic brilliance.
